Kumersun is a big town in the series. Not much is really known about the location, though the town hosts an immensely popular winter festival that attracts a plethora of people and all the inns get booked days in advanced. There seems to be an underlying consensus that open displays of religious beliefs are frowned upon (the reason for this is unknown). The plot which follows a rise in the pyrite market and the fervent battle between Lawrence and Amarti is situated in Kumersun. It is also a place where the trust between Holo and Lawrence was tested.
